Reveal option from v1 #96

Small feature request.
In older version (1.x) you had the "Reveal" option on the bottom of the program 
window to make the components semi-transparent.

I know you can do the same thing under the "Lock Layers" menu.
Would be nice to have a button for the components as well as the other items.
I use that feature a lot.
But maybe I'm the only one.

Kinda wish you still wrote DIYLC in Delphi. My Java skills suck compared to 
Delphi :(

Java enables running it on win, mac and linux. It's a huge plus.

you can do this using "Outline Mode", it makes all the components transparent.
