basic author report has stopped working #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter author name, with or without initials or first name
2. click submit
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Either from new searches or from same entries that produced voluminous results 
a couple of weeks ago (eg, Richardson, JS), result is now (Feb 13) 0 papers, 0 
citations

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Web access through Firefox on a Mac

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same problem. I ran the gadget on Monday and it was functioning fine 
but now I enter any name and initials the results are the same, ZEROS for 
papers, citations  and H index. Operating system is Windows XP service Park3. 
Whether I use Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox the result is the same!

I experienced similar problem. It used to work fine, but it's been a few months 
that the google citation gadget return only 0 results. Any idea?
