Example code for:

 * Create new package
   * Save as encrypted (password protected)
   * Save as plain text
 * Open existing package
   * Plaintext
   * Password-protected  
 * Save As (just copy the file, open the copy) 
 * UI code to open the file / show the password dialog if needed (loop to 
keep checking).
