Added tags to first 50 book marks. One link is behind a login, so I noted that in comments.

Got it Thanks for adding tags to bookmarks.md file it would be great if you add to json file in bookmarks.js

Added tags to bookmarks.js. This is the first time I've modified a PR so let me know if there's anything missing.
