create a 'track data' class with per-track info #12

some corner names might be in here, along with the track distance to T1 (so the spotter can start work just before T1) and some other things.

Deciding which track data instance to use would be based on the track length parameter primarily, with help from the track name to resolve ambiguities - the track name is localised to hard to use

de-scoped, maybe a future enhancement for v4 but a lot of work
