internal rework on voice recognition code #9

The current code hasn't moved on from the original POC and is still doing string comparisons on the recognised text.

There probably needs to be a grammar per event class with a more appropriate way of linking the recognised text to the message triggers.

This is a long term thing - the current (crappy) code is adequate for now
