Curation of project metadata

Tasks:

• Think how it could be implemented on the interface
• Curate project name, project organization, number of participants by gender
• Include curated technologies (https://github.com/mrbotcr/ClimMob/issues/2)
• Being able to archive projects: Define a way to know if a trial has finished and to limit the number of projects allowed by institutes.

Open question: how to store (replace?) curated metadata.

We are currently taking initial steps to improve metadata by project, including:

Identifying the project type:

• Real
• Test

Determining its status:

• Definition
• In progress
• Finalized

It's necessary to review whether the terms used are correct, as well as the descriptions that each one could have. Additionally, check if there are other types of configurations that can be done through this interface.

It's also important to note that this is intended to be implemented as a mandatory action, meaning it has to be completed to continue regular use of the platform.
