Here we are solving: The options are available at https://support.climmob.net.
Here we have left available: Submit a ticket
And we have removed: Meet the community Forum
Freshdesk has these features available on its own, but we have removed them so as not to create confusion with the 1000FARMS community.
In ticket: #255 let's solve where the link button redirects to.
It does make sense to have this screen if we let the user select whether to submit a ticket or to ask a question on the 1000FARMS community, and explain what each option involves:
Now you have resolved it by removing the forum, but referring to the 1000FARMS community is actually good to have.
We should be careful here to avoid duplications. For technical issues, we go for a ticket (one on one communication). For design or methodological issues we should go to the 1000FARMS Community.
