Ticketing system interface #255

This way of showing the "ticketing system" in the main menu supposes that users know what a ticketing system is. This is unnecessary technical language. Also, this link does not only lead to the ticketing system but also to the forum! (Which should be the 1000FARMS forum.)

Maybe we could integrate this to the Chat. User send a message to chat and get an email with a ticket number. The issue could be solved from the Chat (when you are awake) or via e-mail. The current Chat is not 24h on-line and generates exceptions that will not be met.

1- On the ticketing system page, users could use their ClimMob account to log in (As the user is already logged in, it will not be necessary to provide a username and password.), using the following link:

2- The tickets could be made without logging in using the following link:

For now, I think it is better to show the form and ask for their email address, rather than to ask them to log in again, which is an even larger barrier.
