Added missing translate button to taxons index #8

Hey @mrbrdo

The translation button was missing for taxons, I've added it. Not sure I placed the override at the right place though. I found it logical to place it in the same file as the one for taxonomies, but...

Hi @Kulgar sorry I forgot to respond to you for so long. Feel free to email me if I take too long :)

Anyway, the correct path for this file would be: app/overrides/spree/admin/shared/sortable_tree/_taxonomy/taxons_translation

Basically it is the path of the virtual_path followed by slash and name of the override. If you could update that then I will be happy to merge this :)
