Create packer builder to deploy images to VMware, Virtual Box or AWS that will quickly install all dependencies, Cartero and possibly leave a server running for a specific website.

Currently working on it. First test done and beta command ready for testing.

Need to test AWS deployment
VMWare deployment works perfectly.
