Copy Message Feature #87

Describe the solution you'd like Button to copy a chat message to clipboard

Describe alternatives you've considered Shift + Left Click over the message to Copy to clipboard

Additional context Would use this rather than chat utils.

a better solution is in the works but for now use the /copymessage command
