[ENHANCEMENT] Separate TR-909 kit #4

Some Roland GS devices such as the SC-88Pro have a TR-909 kit on program 30 (31 if you count from 1). I think it would be nice to have that drum kit in GUGS, especially the famous 909 Hi-hat.

What do you think?

I think that is a good idea, which I will consider for future versions. I don't know why I decided to combine TR-808 and TR-909 into a single kit back in the day, since that is not how the Roland devices did it. Of course, back then, I didn't have any access to the Roland devices and the combo seemed logical.
