Added version.xml #1

Really exciting package! Looking forward to using it. I just added version.xml (extracted from existing 1.0 package archive) and added to the repository so that ant can build the package.

BTW, feel free to add an entry (essentially identical to that in version.xml) to the CBAN packages.xml file. (Just send a pull request and it'll get merged very quickly.) (Alternatively, you could host a packages.xml file of your own on a github page and direct users to add this url to their list of additional package repositories.)

Anyway, awesome work! Let me know if you want any help with the BEAUti template.

Thanks for the encouraging words! Still work in progress so any suggestions and criticisms are welcome. We should be making some additions (need to work on the store/restore parts) and a BEAUti template in the following weeks - I'll give a shout if I get stuck. I just created a proper GitHub release - will link it to packages.xml later today.
