SLiM Ross-Macdonald model #82

About to upload SLiM report (not pushed yet). At some point we need to check the section describing the Ross-Macdonald model, specifically the parameter g. This is described as the instantaneous death rate of mosquitoes, but later appears to correspond to the probability of survival. We should make a clear distinction between the two and show how they related (mu = -log(p))

Possible mix-up with the parameter names N_v vs. V_h also?
