Unit tests on parameters and a few misc fixes #483
Mainly: add a raft of unit tests to the new ReadParams code.
Fix some parameter values that two big to be ints. None of them make any model difference.
Refactor a few "stack too large" warnings on some functions, with dynamic memory. (All single use initialisation)
Resolve an unclear piece of code that looks like a bug, but is not - see issue #482
It doesn't yet test the warnings fed to stderr. Some of those are little ambiguous where comments occur inline with other values, and it is hard to separate what should be read in from the comment. I think this is valid as a "warning" - and doesn't affect computation.
