Utility functions that can be accessed #29

As I understand it, the use has access to all drjacoby functions with export tags, even C++ functions. So does this mean if we put export tags on C++ utility functions they can be accessed by the user within their likelihood and prior functions? If so might be very useful, even if just for printing things etc.

No, still do not have access. Imagine might be possible by some more clever method, but not possible the trivial way.
