filter_df_for_metamean creating NA rows #117

The function creates rows with NA ids. This did not happen in a previous version, the latest version we have checked where this was ok was 1.2.7. To reproduce this issue, run the attached dataset through the function. The output has 18 rows with 1 row of all NAs. offending_dataset.csv
