Data dictionary #17

Package should provide a clear data dictionary where all columns are explained clearly. I think this would be best provided through a vignette.

I am really enjoying the epireview project. I think a data dictionary would be incredibly useful for users trying to navigate the package and data. Are there any updates on when a data dictionary will be available for users to access?

Many thanks for your kind comments @thivyanaganathan We aim to provide this in the near future but do not have any estimated date yet because of capacity constraints.

@cm401 @kellymccain28 Tagging you as pathogen leads as I think those working full-time on pathogens are best placed to provide this.

I'm working on making a template data dictionary based on the tables (article, parameter, model, and outbreak) for the pathogens currently in epireview (ie, ebola, lassa, and marburg).
