Vignettes are broken, they need to be fixed. They are currently sourcing R scripts, this is not necessary.

as discussed with @sangeetabhatia03 aim is:

[ ] move to priority pathogens
[ ] rmd files for Marburg and Lassa (using the current rmds)
[ ] set up as orderly tasks
[ ] render html pages, need one page with tabs / pages for each one of the pathogens
[ ] schedule task to run weekly
[ ] update vignettes on epireview to link to new pages with living reviews + show case epireview functionality
[ ] clean legacy functions in epireview
