article assertions was checking for the presence of columns containing QA score (qa_m1 etc). This is not needed as I don't think these are among the minimal set of columns we want to insist on. I have therefore removed from the body of the function. Other changes:
Removed duplicate file add_qa_score.R
Removed ebola data test and _snaps as it is difficult to keep them up to date when our data is changing. We can add them back once the paper is out so that we have a final version of the data.
This PR doesn't need additional tests or bumping up version number.
