Include doi

Thanks for your contribution to epireview! Please include the following information:

• A description of this PR, and why it is needed. This is a very simple addition to the function load_epidata to include the doi column from the articles df when merging this with params, models and outbreaks dfs. This was requested from the Berlin workshop.
• A summary of the changes. Adding "doi" to the columns pulled from articles df and merged with the other 3 main dfs.

Thanks Ruth, agree that this is useful. I am wondering if we should provide some information about the article if the DOI is missing to meet this use case fully.

To be updated based on discussion with @sangeetabhatia03 - whenever there isn't a doi replace NA with author-year-journal so people can still find the paper easily. Add a note on this into the documentation also
