[DEPRECATED] July report for Blueprint #107

This is a draft PR for the July report to Blueprint.

So far I have modified the blueprint.Rmd report in some minor ways

Put each new sentence on a new line
Replace instances of "location type" (or "Location Type") with setting type
Use \text{} in some maths formulas
Replace "R0" in text by "$R_0$"
Replace "&" in text by "and"
Sentence-case titles
Use scales::percent in figures

and added placeholder text and figures for the new section once we have results.

Next steps:

Replace description of model with updated description
- The data that we use (being from the USA)
- Location-specific riskiness
- The methods we use for targeting
Fill out section with new results

Broader questions:

Do we want to store/present he old outputs somewhere? It'll be available on version control of course
To what extent should we rewrite the text here to update our position on where the model is in terms of development?
Similarly, should we be rerunning any previous results with new code / methods?
