Currently, the split of transmission we assume in each location-type (school, household, workplace, leisure and community) are really placeholders. We should carry out a mini-literature review to try and get a better handle on the fraction of transmission occurring in each setting.

See Issue #62 which was similar to this and I am now closing such that this issue superseeds:

Time spent by individuals in each location and relative infectivity of each location currently specified by beta_ parameters
These parameters are inherrited from Fergusson et al. work (which work?) -- perhaps not
Would be good to have the data source for these parameters to include in documentation
In future could consider individual level variation in time spent by location

Closing as results from https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-023-06952-2#Sec1 and https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-024-50487-7#Sec2 support the relative values of the betas we're currently working with
