Adjusts total population and HIV population at the end of the year to the input population, haven't done this for the cd4-stratified hiv population yet.
reading in nosocomial infections (poor naming on my part, just was maintaining from spectrum output) and inputting this into the standard HIV pop. Splitting evenly across 0-4 and both sexes per spectrum. This is hard coded.
Started pulling out CD4 distribution at infection for paeds, but couldn't find this in the dp file, so just hard coded. Going to add my version of read_hivprop_output as well. Note that right now it just sources this from my EPPASM file so you will need to change this
