expand the following to include paediatric age groups: natdeaths_hivpop, hiv_ag_prob, netmig_ag, deathsmig_ha,
create paediatric specific variables: artstrat_paed

natdeaths_hivpop is already 81 age groups, should already have the natural deaths because paeds are in hivpop1
