Implements end-year net migration for demographic projection
This is validated for demographic projection against Spectrum Demproj output and EPP-ASM implementation
~Not yet tested for HIV population simulation.~ (UPDATE 29 Dec 2023: HIV population net migration is now verified and tested for adult HIV population)
Not yet implemented:
Change to end-year ART input to account for calendar-year projection period
Validation that net migration for HIV population is correctly implemented
Anything child-model specific
Currently this supports mid-year and calendar period projections for backward compatibility, similar to EPP-ASM code. Eventually we intend to drop option for mid-year projection period only implement calendar-year projection period (similar to Spectrum).
