2023 summary report improvements #395

          @rtesra -- One more request on this:

[ ] Make district borders thinner on the chloropleth plot.

This might make the differences between districts stand out m ore.

Medium effort (more than fixes in Rmarkdown):

[ ] Handle multiple subnational Spectrum files in PJNZ: Approach for this is to parse and return the names of the Spectrum files from the .DP and .PJNZ file inside

Bigger effort (require thinking; probably to be split out as separate issues):

[ ] Interactive plots and tables as html widgets
- [ ] Use tooltip to specify full area hierarchy on hover over area name
[ ] Get more complete source meta data on data sources.
[ ] Insert hyperlinks to each data resource in the ADR (how cool would that be?!)
