Inconsistent Naomi version numbers across the package documents #422

Hi Jeff,

The package description file has version 2.9.18. The releases page (https://github.com/mrc-ide/naomi/) has version 2.9.10 as the latest version. While the package website has version 2.3.15 as the latest version.
