Inputs:

Coverage and Prioritisation (current implementation) (extend to multiple vaccines)
Vaccine availability (current implementation) (extend to multiple vaccines)
Vaccine hesitancy (not currently implemented) (time varying, per age group)

Process:

Every timestep, allocate vaccines to individuals to satisfy coverage, prioritisation, supply and hesitancy. (current implementation)

Prioritise second doses or increasing 1-dose coverage (not currently implemented)

This has been fully addressed by #9 for the nimue vaccination model and #13 for a full model with Ab titre dynamics
