UI: Display Status tile #3

As a jury member I want to see the status counts tiles in the dashboard So that I can know the exact count in a single glance.

Acceptance Criteria: Given I have provided my credentials in the login page When the dashboard opens up Then I want to see 3 tiles in dashboard denoting the statuses, Approved, Declined and Pending.

In Dashboard UI, we have Approved, Declined and Pending status tiles
