popup.html merging #2

Been trying to combine popup.html of TabShots and BlackList, but undesired results showed up when the extension icon is clicked.

Tried to include js/background.js script in ctabs.html but then something's gone wrong. Need to recheck the BlackList code. They are preventing CTabs capturing + etc function from working. It seems like merging the code just like tht isn't a good idea.

Then I tried to comment all the changes made from the merging of BlackList code but somehow, commenting and removing the changes weren't working. Thus I'm making the new branch, starting from the point where no BlackList function is merged yet.
