Can I replace it with At89s52-24ju? #2

I think the At89s52-24ju is compatible with the 8051. Can I use it instead of the at89s8253? Congratulations on the project, thank you very much and sorry for the bad English.

IF the AT89S52-24JU is pin compatible and has the same clock speeds then yes. It must still be a PLCC44 package as well.
