fix playlist autoscroll from stealing chat focus #60

several times now, if the song changes as i'm typing in the chat bar, it will shift focus away from the chatbar and cause the video to completely stop or something. no sound, video or anything. needs refresh to fix

this issue is caused by the playlist autoscroll (that scrolls the current playing vid into view)
