Define setname for gg and gbc cores #235

Define the setname element of the MGL for gg and gbc cores matching their standard MGL setnames so things like the DV1 infoframe can better describe the core in use.

Looks good after updating via the SAM menu and confirming the RetroTINK-4K Auto Load DV1 (i.e., the use case driving this PR) loaded my GBC and GameGear profiles with the proper setname in place (and other cores behaved as expected). Thanks for merging!
