Description of changes

I tried out haskell-tools.nvim after not having done Haskell programming for a few years, and got off to a bumpy start.

These short additions to the README reflect some of the things that confused me while reading it, and while using the tool. I expect some of it is likely to be factually wrong or misguided. If so, I still hope that any misunderstandings might be cleared up and documented in a discoverable way.
