Improve rbenv Support #4

Rbenv support has improved in 4e963440d352f5491c20421c63ef334da544d79f but doesn't work correctly if ruby-binary isn't stored within RBENV_ROOT (see #2)

@fifigyuri If you have some spare time, could you check out https://github.com/sirlantis/rubocop-for-rubymine/releases/tag/v2.0.0.rc1 and tell me if this works for you (and if it still works if you remove the symlink from last time).
