Tried to use template and run into various failures while upgrading dependencies:

fixed import declaration
sass-loader sticks to ^10.1.1 latest - watch out for https://cli.vuejs.org/guide/css.html#pre-processors
replaced https://tailwindcss.com/ with https://windicss.org/ (my personal preference)
