Adds a setting to toggle annotations of the currently selected line
Adds a command to annotate the entire file of the current editor. The annotations go away when the command is run again, or when the file is edited.
Adds an annotate command to the main classes that runs hg annotate.
Adds a logRev command that can show the log picker for a specific commit.
The output of hg annotate is cached because it's an expensive operation.

Much of this is copied from GitLens.
