Various tasks related to clippy mode

[x] Move setting for disabling creature sounds while in clippy mode to settings menu.
[x] Move opacity controls to settings menu.
[x] Fix notifications being triggered.
[ ] Fix edges of sprite clipping.

Finished tasks, but will most likely have to revisit this after more creatures are added to fix sprite clipping
