Extract PR number from sha1 #26

When building a PR, the build output should be automatically deployed to a the test server, with a Url: prX-pressupbox-development-boilerplate...

This used to work when the build revisiion was reported as origin/pr/X/merge

It now fails that the build revision is reported as detached

This error seems to have disappeared - going to assume it was a temporary error on the GitHub side.
