FAIRsharing query - Dutch ColoRectal Audit - Radiotherapy Metadata Requirements #1

Good afternoon,

Last year I worked with Tim Schwarte (t.schwarte@mrdm.nl) to create a FAIRsharing record for the "Dutch ColoRectal Audit - Radiotherapy Metadata Requirements" (https://doi.org/10.25504/FAIRsharing.ms2BuC). It seems that neither Tim's email nor the email address used for the owning user account (fair@mrdm.nl) is working at the moment.

Please could you let me know of an alternative email address that we could update the MRDM account with?

My name is Mariem Chouchen, and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Biophysics, Radiophysics, and Medical Imaging, with a research focus on assessing complications and secondary cancers induced by radiotherapy in colorectal cancer patients.

To further my thesis, I am seeking access to a dataset that includes dosimetric, radiotherapy, and clinical data on patients who have undergone radiotherapy for colorectal cancer and subsequently experienced rapid mortality or developed radiotherapy-induced complications or secondary cancers. Such data is critical in building a robust foundation for my research on patient outcomes related to radiotherapy.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking for on here - this is a tracker issue I created to hopefully get the DCRA-Rpeople to let me know a suitable contact point for their FAIRsharing record.

If you're looking for a repository that might contain the particular type of data you're looking for, I suggest that you search FAIRsharing either via our standard text search at the top of every page, or via our subject browser.
