Which allows me to use the software. I would like to know which part of this license I have been broken. BTW my intention are to provide value to the site and monetize courses based on the THREE.JS library. I have already translate some parts to Spanish.

Software is not the branding and logo. That is the branding and logo, trademark violation. If you want to use the software add the copyright, and change the logo and name because that is trademark appropriation.

3 .- Why people can buy the domain starting with threejs? are domain sellers selling forbidden stuff to use?

4.- You say software is not the branding and logo but the license says

I think the documentation would not be a substantial portions of the Software. Then the notice shall NOT be included.

But, anyway I think @VivaRado you are right. I need to add this license in some place to avoid this kind of issues.
