1. What is the latest version of the binnavi ? I am currently using version 5.0 
 16367.I want to upgrade to the latest version.

2.Is Binnavi planning to support dynamic Taint Analysis and symbolic execution?

1. the latest available version of BinNavi is 5.0.0 you can write me a mail for 
further details. timkornau@google.com. 

2. There is no planned support for dynamic taint analysis or symbolic execution 
in the current form of BinNavi.
