move src code and add test structure #9

move the source code to a src folder
add test folder with basic structure
add Makefile with basic install, run and test targets
add requirements for development with pytest as dependency

Thanks for the contribution @abnerpc. Had to apply some cosmetical fixes in #13 to make Travis happy and to fix the path to the resources folder. Apart from that, very nice improvement. 😊
