Actual proper theme loading, with support for:

custom logo
custom font
custom button gfx (switchable between EU/JP + US)
font palettes
background gradient
per-line customizable selection bar
arbitrary placement of sprites, to place accents or form a fullscreen background behind the text

(WIP - just need to get the changes out of the way to continue working on the development branch and finally get a 1.11.1 release out lol)
