OG EB holloween hack megalovina lagging for about 4-7 seconds #247

The song lags for a bit in the begining after I manually dumped it from the APPLE debug menu from holloween hack. used EBmused and SNES9x to dump both and on both dumps I get the same result

A friend on discord sent me another OG megalovina spc and it doesn't lag so it must be a bad spc
