Acoustic warning on in-game file system errors #51

Many sd2snes sold on the market have shells that conceal the LEDs so the LED blink codes cannot be seen. Attempt to play an acoustic warning when auto-saving fails for some reason.

On that note ( :p ), some kind of SRAM backup would be nice to have as well. When saving fails for some reason, it can wipe out hours of gameplay. It'd be great to have some backup then to go back to.
