publish as npm module? #11

I'm not sure if anyone wants this yet, but at some point this probably makes sense.

I reached out to the owner of cobalt npm name, because that package has been dormant for a while, but he's not interested in letting me use it.

I might publish this under @footgun/cobalt because I already have that org name, and I think it's fun.

Another option is just renaming the library to something else. I do like cobalt though.
