I'm personally against simply deleting them (to avoid accidental data loss), but there should probably be one of the following:

rocker rerun <containerName>: same as rocker run ... but will stop+remove any changed containers`
rocker cleanup <containerName>: stop+kill the container (and all those created alongside).
